People on the Move Damien the Sauce Boss

My Name is… Clarence Damien Noble

The reason you are reading about me is… I am known in the industry as The Sauce Boss, I have over 30 years of experience in this business. In 1991 I introduced my first BBQ sauce on the market Damien’s original sauce, and a several years later came The Pastor’s sauce and now in conjunction with my family we are in the process of bringing different flavors and spices to BBQ sauces.

Right now I’m working on… Introducing Lula B’s a line of sauces made with real fruits (i.e. mango, peaches etc.) and BBQ seasonings and rubs. (Lula Beatrice Noble was my mother’s so to honor her we introduced Lula B’s)

But if I wasn’t, I’d be… I am the Pastor of Faith Christian Church, if I were not devoting some of my time to pursuing the business, I would be devoting all of my time to the ministry that God has entrusted me with.

One thing I do every day is… Always give my Lord the praise He is due in my life. On the business side I am out marketing my sauces to various vendors and continuously seeking investors to help fund our explosive market growth.

I can’t stand when people… LIE, honesty is very important in our company we believe that the basis of good business communication is to always keep an honest and open dialect.

But I love it when people… Maintain their honesty and I especially love when they are purchasing one of our many bottles of sauces.

If you happen to run into me in the street… You will always find a genuine person with a firm handshake and a bottle of my sauce to share, I believe in always being prepared for opportunities.

The Best piece of advice I ever received was… “To NEVER give up on my dreams”, I know this sounds cliché but these words came from my mother’s mouth years ago and I hold strong to them.

If I had to coin it, my message would be… To always believe in yourself and make it happen. Never give up on that “thing” that burns on the inside of each and every one of us!

My future plans and projects include… To have mobile BBQ trucks running by Summer 2012 as we introduce Lula B’s on the go. Our plans are to not only sell traditional BBQ, but to feature several menu selections to assure healthy eating, i.e chicken Turkey and lean cuts of beef and pork.

Big UPS to… My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, secondly my wife and family for all of your continued support and to all the patrons and merchants who support me in all my vision.

Pastor Noble is a proud Alum of North Carolina A&T University. Ask your local grocer to put Lula B’s sauce on the shelves!

I am looking forward to trying the Honey Spice BBQ sauce. When will your sauces be in the Philadelphia/Wilmington, DE area? I think it would be a hit up here!!
