GREENSBORO — Dr. Stanley Allen Jr., a longtime local dentist, has been named to the board of trustees at N.C. A&T.
Allen’s appointment is effective immediately.
Allen earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Central University and his his doctorate of dental surgery from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington. He has been practicing dentistry in the Greensboro area for 30 years.
Allen is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Society and Old North State Dental Society. He has also served two three-year terms on the N.C. State Board of Dental Examiners.
Allen is the 13th member on the N.C. A&T board.
